The Green Chicago Restaurant Coalition, a 501(c)6 not-for-profit trade association, serves to increase the availability and accessibility of environmentally responsible goods and services to the Chicago foodservice community, and works to effectively reduce the industry's collective environmental footprint.

Our mission continues to be served by providing members with meaningful recognition for their sustainability efforts under the Guaranteed Green brand, significant cost-savings on environmentally sustainable goods and services, educational resources, and purchasing guidance.

The Green Chicago Restaurant Coalition has worked to secure member-exclusive pricing agreements with major producers and distributors of verified sustainable products, ensuring significant cost savings for our members.
