It is the mission of the Green Chicago Restaurant Coalition to help restaurants and other foodservice establishments in Chicago reduce their impact on the environment in a cost effective manner, and to help them gain meaningful recognition for their efforts throughout the community.

It is also the mission of the Green Chicago Restaurant Coalition to help local manufacturers, distributors and service providers promote the sale of their verified sustainable products to Chicagoland restaurants and other foodservice establishments.
